These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CardGrind, LLC ("CardGrind," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company. By accessing or using cardgrind.com and any related services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms in full.

CardGrind offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The WNBA universe is free for Charter Members. Paid subscriptions are available for additional universes including NFL, NBA, Pokemon, and others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tier of service, including free tiers, with reasonable notice to users. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes to the free tier. Charter Member status and free access commitments are subject to these Terms and may be modified with notice.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis based on your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
The pricing data, market values, and transaction information provided on CardGrind are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. CardGrind makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. Community-contributed transaction data reflects user-reported information and has not been independently verified. Users should conduct their own research before making any buying, selling, or trading decisions. CardGrind is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on platform data.
CardGrind allows users to contribute transaction data to a community price guide. By submitting transaction data, you:
Users may upload content including card photos, transaction records, and other information. You retain ownership of your content but grant CardGrind a license to display and use it within the Platform. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates these Terms.

CardGrind and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CardGrind, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Platform without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardGrind's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to CardGrind in the six (6) months preceding the claim. CardGrind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You have one (1) year from the date a cause of action arises to bring a claim against CardGrind.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CardGrind does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be addressed through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. CardGrind will pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive. Any litigation, if arbitration is not applicable, shall take place in Delaware.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
